It can be divided into the quarter-turn series, linear-turn series and multi- turn series. There are more than hundred kinds of specifications. Its control main board is continuously upgrading and updating and the new products appear rapidly in order to satisfy the needs of modern industrialization. The electric actuator has already widely applied in the large and medium-sized project which is the newly built and was highly appraised by users. At the same time, we also accumulate rich technology and scene experiences in the process of updating and upgrading DKJ or other actuators to the introduced series. Features of the introduced series The introduced new generation of intelligent model Assembled and manufactured in domestic, With the compact structure, light weight, fully function, over 1200 times per hour of the starting times and great logic control circuit, this series is especially applied to the conditions of high-efficient automation and frequent movements.
Cut-off signal protection The actuator stop at the original, all-on or all-off position which is instructed by users as the signal is interrupted by accident or the input signal is less than 3mA (called the cut-off signal) in order to guarantee the whole system’s safe and stable. It also possesses the output connection point for alarm. Over-torque of two- way protecting function The actuator has an over-torque surveying device that can accurately survey the torque of the valve. When the torque exceeds the setting scope, the torque switches inside the actuator and outputs a signal to the controlling circuit for stopping the motor to protect the valve, the driving parts and the motor. After the mechanical over-torque fault is relieved, shutting down the power supply or input an instantaneously reversed signal, the actuator will come back to turn normally.
Auto switch function The actuator can implement three kinds of switch function – “Distant- automatic / distant -manual /local”. It can also operate electrically and manually on the spot.

Dynamic braking The control panel program of modulating model electric actuator has the dynamic braking function that can prevent motor’s inertia movement and ensure the stability and reliability of the controlling system.
Servo-motor with double protection and high-efficiency All the motor has the thermal and open-phase protecting function. When there is an unexpected failure, it will shut off the power supply effectively so as to protect the motor. It serves as a good servo characteristic and it will not overheat after frequent movements. Stronger anti-interference function With the imported main chip of control panel and stable performance, the actuator has the stronger anti-interference capability. The input and output signal adopt the shielded wire.

classification of the introduced series Divided into three kinds according to the output way:
Quarter-turn actuator: Output torque is indicated by Nm,Scope of turning: 0- 90 degrees Linear actuator: Output thrust is indicated by N. The output is linear displaces.
Divided into two kinds according to the installment way: Direct-fixed type: Through connecting the flange of output parts and valve, the actuator can be fixed directly on the pipeline. Base-plate fixed type: The electric actuator is fixed on a basic base-plate with which connect the valve through the output arm and lever. (only confined to the quarter-turn actuator).
Divided into three types according to the modulating model: The proportional modulating type: The electric actuator receives analogue signals 4-20mA or 1-5V from computer, modulating units and any other equipment. The turning angle (or displacement) of the output axis is in proportion to the signal mentioned above and accomplishes the modulating function automatically. Remote-control type (also called integral type): The electric actuator receives pulse signal or relay signal and controls the output axis on any positions. Switch type (also called on-off type): The electric actuator receives the switch signal. However, the output axis can only put at the on-off limiting positions.
