SKJ high speed electric actuator is the terminal control unit of an automated control system.  It is widely used in the field of power plant, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum; especially in the work situation needs urgently action. It forms a complete set of fast shutting off electric valve together with the butterfly valve, which is widely used in the field of roll steel, agglutinate, profession, coal gas and cement industry.

Structure and Theory

SKJ high speed electric actuator is made up of 3-phase motor, reducer, travel route limit and other equipments. When switching on the power, the electric motor impetus output shaft to produce the torque. The travel limit is applied to adjust the output shaft's rotation degree. The terminal switch has a group normally open contact which is used to show the output signal. When the power shuts off or the limit switch occurs, the brake may rapidly prevent the system's coasting operation.
